My friend was diagnosed with lung cancer and was very afraid. I had cancer two years ago, and this friend was a good support for me. I wanted to help her all I could, so I introduced her to Mother Cabrini. We both made the novena for the 2-3 months she was undergoing testing, and one final CAT scan a few days before her scheduled lung surgery revealed the tumor had disappeared. She called me to tell me of the miracle of Mother Cabrini’s prayers to our Lord to make her all well. There is no doubt in either of our minds that Mother Cabrini was at work here. I continue to say the novena every day to Mother Cabrini.

Years ago, my beloved grandmother told me about St. Frances Xavier Cabrini. Once again, I write in thanksgiving for her intercession and help. A friend was in a horrific automobile accident, sustaining several broken bones and other injuries that usually prove fatal. I prayed a novena for Mother Cabrini’s assistance and I am most grateful for God’s merciful healing love. My friend survived extensive surgery and is now back home, able to move about as she continues recovery.
