Heavenly Father,

On this All Souls’ Day, we lift our hearts to You in loving remembrance of all those who have gone before us in faith.

We remember our beloved family members, cherished friends, and all the faithful departed, especially those who have no one to pray for them.

In Your infinite mercy, forgive their sins, grant them eternal rest, and welcome them into the light and peace of Your heavenly kingdom.

St. Frances Xavier Cabrini, faithful servant of God and devoted daughter of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, we ask for your loving intercession.

You who brought comfort to the suffering, hope to the forgotten, and Christ’s love to those in need, pray for the souls who await the fullness of eternal life with God.

Comfort those who grieve the loss of someone dear. Strengthen their faith in the promise of the Resurrection, and remind them that the bonds of love are not broken by death.

May the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in whom Mother Cabrini placed her unwavering trust, be a fountain of mercy for all the faithful departed.

Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May their souls, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
